Why Most Training Stalls

Most Wing Chun students don’t struggle with effort. They struggle with lack of structure — random techniques, disconnected forms, and no clear progression.

Can I train if I don’t have a training partner?
Tap to view

Absolutely. The program is designed primarily for solo training. Partner demonstrations are included for clarity, but every lesson shows how to train effectively on your own.
Do I need to be fit or athletic to start?
Tap to view

No. You don’t need a high level of fitness. The training focuses on structure and skill first, allowing fitness and conditioning to improve naturally over time.
Is there an age limit for training?
Tap to view

No. Students of many ages train successfully. Because the program is self-paced, you can train at an intensity that suits your body and experience.
What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Tap to view

You’re in control of the pace and intensity. Movements can be adapted or skipped as needed. Training is about steady progress, not pushing through pain.
Do I need a lot of space or special equipment?
Tap to view

No. Most lessons can be trained in a small space at home with no equipment. Optional training tools are introduced later but are not required to begin.

What happens after the trial ends?
Tap to view

After the trial, your membership continues at $60 per month. You can cancel at any time from your account — no contracts, no pressure.
Is this a complete Wing Chun system or just techniques?
Tap to view

This is a complete system, not a collection of random techniques. The training follows a clear syllabus covering forms, drills, applications, and structured progression.
How much time do I need to train?
Tap to view

Most students train between 15–45 minutes per session. You decide the pace. The structure supports consistency without long or exhausting workouts.
What results should I expect?

What Is Wing Chun?
Ip Man Wing Chun grandmaster and teacher of Bruce Lee

Wing Chun is a refined Chinese martial art built on structure, timing, and precision. It develops efficient power through body mechanics, positioning, and control rather than relying on strength alone.

Famous practitioners include Grandmaster Ip Man and his student Bruce Lee. The system is valued for its simplicity, intelligence, and practical effectiveness, developing skill through its forms, Chi Sau sensitivity training, partner drills, and self-defence applications.

At WingChun101, you follow a clear step-by-step training system designed to build real skill, strong foundations, and a deep understanding of the art — all from home.

Your Instructor

He has over 14 years of experience, holds a 3rd Higher Grade (3rd Degree Black Belt), and was awarded the title of Sifu in 2023.

A private student of Sifu Mauro Gibin, head of Scuola Orientale, he continues to develop through ongoing high-level instruction within the system.
