All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

3. Eligibility & Responsibility

You confirm that:

4. Trials, Subscriptions & Billing

Trial Access

• Trial offers are provided at a reduced price

• Trial access converts automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled

• The subscription price, billing cycle, and renewal terms are shown at checkout

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated)

• Charges are processed automatically using the payment method on file

• You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method accordingly

5. Payments & Third-Party Processing (Stripe)

Payments are handled securely by Stripe or other third-party processors.

We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

6. Price Changes

9. Access & Availability

• We are not liable for temporary downtime beyond our reasonable control

10. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to:

You may not:

• Use content for commercial purposes

Violation may result in termination without refund.

11. Health & Liability Disclaimer

Martial arts training involves inherent risk.

By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• WingChun101.com is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from training

• You should stop training if you experience pain or discomfort

This disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the relevant billing period

This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Content is misused or shared

• Fraudulent activity is suspected

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
